The Sydney Network - Plate with Purpose
Wednesday’s Plates with Purpose event brought together The Sydney Network community for an unforgettable evening of storytelling, connection, and transformation. Each of the five courses was more than just a culinary experience; it was a window into the journeys of individuals from underrepresented and marginalised communities building careers in hospitality. Five budding chefs from Plate It Forward, shared the stories behind their favourite dishes - reimagined home-cooked meals, presented as a fine dining dish.
